About the Clinic Our client is a paediatrician-led multidisciplinary clinic based on Sydney’s North Shore. The team includes over 10 Paediatricians, 2 Speech Pathologists, and 2 Psychologists, providing exceptional therapy to children with ASD, GDD, and other developmental and behavioural concerns. You will have your own clinic room, access to full administrative support, and participate in regular case conferences with the broader team every four to six weeks. Joint assessments and collaborative treatment with paediatricians and speech pathologists are common practice, enabling a truly integrated approach. What’s on Offer Permanent employment or contracting arrangement – open to both Flexible working hours – full-time, part-time considered (minimum 3 days) 25 billable hours per week Engaging and diverse caseload – 70–80% NDIS funded Primarily clinic-based role with optional community visits Clinical autonomy with support to develop the OT service Involvement in resource development and service innovation What you will need: Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy Full AHPRA registration Unrestricted Australian Working Rights A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Paediatric Occupational Therapist Strong interest and experience in developmental and neurodiverse presentations (e.g. ASD, GDD) Interested in this position?
